Tuition Fee: Griffith University Vice Chancellor Scholarship covers 50% of the tuition fee to the successfully selected applicants

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants need the following requirements to be eligible for the Griffith University Vice Chancellor Scholarship.

• Applicants must be citizens of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
• Applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 6.0 or above on a 7-point scale or its equivalent in previous studies.
• Applicants must have received an offer to study at Griffith by the scholarship application closing date.
• Applicants must satisfy all academic and English language entry requirements for their chosen undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.
• Applicants must be full-time students starting in 2024, 2025, or 2026.

• Valid Passport
• Academic result (Transcript/Marksheet/Certificate) (translated into English)
• Copy of English language proficiency test result (if available)

Application Process

• Applicants need to apply to study an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program at Griffith University.
• After receiving the Letter of Oggere, applicants need to apply for the scholarship by the closing date.
• Applicants need to include academic records, a personal statement, and other required documents.
• If applicants meet all the eligibility requirements, a University panel will review their application.

Receiving the scholarship

• Applicants need to accept both your program offer and their scholarship by the deadline, to receive the scholarship. If you don’t accept this scholarship by the date specified in your Scholarship Letter, the scholarship will be withdrawn.
• Once you start studying at Griffith the scholarship will be applied before the census date of each trimester on meeting the ongoing enrolment requirements (see below). You must pay the remaining balance of fees, based on your enrolment, by the census date.
